Buying your next vehicle from Swiftlease couldn’t be easier. By following our process we will ensure you have a smooth transition from purchase to delivery.

Step 1 – Choosing Your Vehicle

Our website has been developed to advertise all our competitive packages, ensuring you have access to everything that’s available. Have a look and see which deal meets your requirements. If you cannot find what you need our dedicated staff are on hand to help you find you vehicle. Just pick up the phone or fill in the online quotation form and let us find your car.

Step 2 – Proposal

If you have chosen the vehicle of your choice and are happy with the quote we have provided you will now need to complete the Finance proposal form by calling our office and speaking to our staff who will guide you through this stage, alternatively you can request a proposal form and fax it back to our office to on 0871 714 2128.

DATA PROTECTION

A finance provider may search the files of a credit reference agency, which will keep a record of that search. This information may be used for credit assessment, including credit scoring, and by other lenders in assessing applications from you and members of your household and occassionally for debt tracing and fraud prevention.

Step 3 – Order Confirmation

When finance approval has been completed, we will fax/email you an order form for your car. A signed order form commits you to ordering the car. Check it, print it, sign it, indicate your colour choice, then fax or scan/email it back to me. We then confirm and order the car and confirm the lead time.

Step 4 – Sign Finance Documents

Usually, Finance Documents will be emailed to you but if you prefer we will post documents to be signed before delivery of your car. After signing, these need to be completed and returned, swiftly, usually together with the initial payment and proofs of identity in the form of your Driving Licence and 2 recent Utility bills at your Current address within the last 3 months (Further proofs will be advised if necessary). All this is to protect your identity.

Step 5 – Prepare for delivery of your new vehicle

After all the paperwork has been completed we will keep you informed and advise when your car will be delivered. Delivery is free, usually to your home or work address, whichever is most convenient. Our staff will handle this transaction so you can sit back and wait for the delivery of your car and ensure you enjoy the purchase from order to delivery.
